ReStrap 1P is a portable, hand-held system for in-situ repair, reinforcement, and joining of thermoplastic components, including continuous-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite structures.

he system integrates automatically controlled infrared heating, roller compaction, and in-situ tape cutting to enable controlled fusion of continuous-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic tapes onto existing surfaces. This process produces strong bonded interfaces suitable for structural repair and localized reinforcement applications.
