1、R&D and Component Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and test sensors, controllers, drives, and laser systems. Assess their compatibility and performance for customized applications

2、Design and Engineering: Create wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and schematics (using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools you are proficient in)

3、Assembly and Prototyping: Hands-on participation in prototype assembly, including control cabinet wiring, soldering, and cable management

4、Integration and Commissioning: Program and configure industrial controllers (primarily Siemens S7-1200/1500) and manage communication interfaces with KUKA robots

5、Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex electrical faults and automation errors during the testing phase

1、Industrial Automation Expertise: Familiarity with PLC systems, I/O modules, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.)

2、Hardware Integration Skills: Experience integrating various automation components into customized systems. A plus: Experience integrating industrial robots (preferably KUKA) with peripheral equipment.

3、Engineering Intuition: Ability to select components based on "logic and intent," not just following a bill of materials

4、Drawing Proficiency: Capable of translating conceptual ideas into professional electrical drawings and then into functional hardware

5、Work Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and is willing to proactively drive work forward without detailed instructions
