1、Operate AFP equipment and KUKA robot systems to manufacture thermoplastic composite products

2、Perform pre-operation preparations, including checking control programs (e.g., G-code), preparing tooling and molds, and demolding parts

3、Collaborate with the R&D team on equipment testing, product manufacturing, and sample production

4、Handle the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of tooling and molds

5、Conduct initial quality inspections on manufactured products, identify common defects, and report them promptly

6、Record equipment operation and product manufacturing data, and prepare relevant reports

7、Work with R&D engineers on equipment modifications and upgrades

8、Maintain 5S management in the work area, ensuring a clean and safe production environment

1、Associate degree or above

2、Two or more years of experience operating CNC machines or industrial robots

3、Hands-on experience with composite processes (AFP, infusion, vacuum bagging, prepreg molding, etc.)

4、Ability to read mechanical drawings and basic G-code programs

5、Capable of independently completing processes such as tooling preparation, equipment checks, and product demolding

6、Strong teamwork and communication skills

7、High sense of responsibility and safety awareness, with attention to detail and familiarity with tools such as Axure, Visio, etc.

1、Experience operating KUKA robots and familiarity with KRL language basics is a plus

2、Experience using CAM software to write control programs

3、Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or Quality Control (QC)

4、Ability to communicate in English for work purposes is a plus

5、Interest in the aerospace, new energy vehicle, or wind power industries
